About Mika

Music has been part of my life since childhood. Growing up in a musical family, I started playing piano in primary school and picked up the trombone in year 5.

Stage & Experience

I have played with several musical theatre bands and had the chance to perform alongside the SWR 3 Big Band and renowned musicians such as Jakob Manz and Klaus Graf. Years of activity in the Musikverein Walddorfhäslach, various ensembles and big bands have shaped my playing.

Current Bands

Typhoon
An 8-piece blues-rock band from Hechingen with funk and soul influences. I play trombone. The debut album is currently being rehearsed and will be recorded in the band's own studio.
Polytonik
A new cover band reinterpreting popular German songs with an exciting line-up: vocalists, piano, bass, drums and a brass section. The programme is rehearsed and ready for first shows.
